Manager and member of the board. Margaret has worked on gender issues for many years and has an extensive network in these matters. As a local politician, 1990 - 1999, she sat in Norrtälje Municipality and council, with responsibility for equality. Margaret was a founding member of the local resource center for women in Norrtälje, Resource Network, she was president and manager 1995-1998. During this time, and then, she has worked as project manager for many projects aiming at improving the situation of women in the labor market, both locally, regionally and internationally. Spare time is devoted to sport Margaret is Chairman of the Rånäs 4H, athletics. Languages: Swedish, English

Chairman of the board. Lars is an educated journalist, a lecturer on Gender Equality and a works-manager. 1999-2002 he worked as political adviser in gender equality for the minister of gender equality in the Swedish Government. Lars became a representative in a Gender Equality Committee within a local union for the first time in 1974. Deputy member of the board. Osa is an ICT consultant focusing on developing web solutions for projects and SMEs. She first came into contact with the Swedish recource centra organsiation through Margareta Spång and Resursnätet in 1997. Democracy in a just society is one of her favourite discussion topics and as an experienced member of NGO boards, she is a strong asset when it comes to organising the work in the board and ensuring the participation of all members. Phone/fax +4611160999, mobile +46736737647. Lisbeth lives in Norrköping, a Swedish town at the western border of The Baltic Sea . She works in the ”NGO Baltic-Russian-Swedish Resource Centre for Women” in Norrköping. She has built up a strong network of women in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) and has her own company dealing with businesses with the NIS-countris. She was the one who started and finished the work for having a project application to the Interreg III B BSR, which has resulted in the project ”FEM –Female Entrepreneurs´Meetings in the BSR” with women in 9 countries around the Baltic Sea involved. In this 3-year project a common structure for support of women´s entrepreneurship in the BSR was established.
Lisbeth Holmquist-Arbrandt was educated at the University of Agriculture in Sweden and has a long experience of working in the organizations and authorities of Swedish farmers.

Romek Bazcyk
