Entrepreneurship is "a dynamic and social process, where individuals, alone or in cooperation, identify possibilities and do something with them to shape ideas into practical and targeted activitites in social, cultural or economical contexts".

Baltcifem have in cooperation with Arbetsförmedlingen, Nyföretagarcentrum Roslagen and Roslagens Sparbank, started a micro credit group in Roslagen. There a group of ten people, registred at Arbetsförmedlingen, meet once a week together with a tutor to go through the process to start a business.
